Watch Mate and Home Free Ending Support
Posted by Accutech on November 26, 2013 12:04 pm
The holidays have begun. Thanksgiving is here and the news is dominated by talk of winter storms. That means that support for the WatchMate system and the 3M Resident Monitoring System (formerly HomeFree) will end in one month. Starting January 1st, door controllers, monitors, tags and technical support will no longer be available (unless you've signed up for extended phone support), and repair options will be limited. If your facility is affected by this troublesome lack of support options beginning in 2014, contact us right away to inquire about switching to the ResidentGuard system from Accutech Security. All Accutech systems are backed by the industry’s most comprehensive customer support program including free 24-hour technical support.
